Participants in the Strategy Implementation Master Class are managers and senior advisers from the business world and the public and non-profit sectors. They are involved in implementing their organization’s strategy and face a variety of challenges, such as creating a base of support and overcoming pushback from the organization. Participants are looking for scientific insights and practical added value. They have at least 5 years of work experience and a higher professional or university degree.
