Participant profile
All participants have experience in an education-related administrative role. This can be in various sectors, with different focus areas or in different administrative roles. The program is geared towards directors of educational institutions, including those who are responsible for business operations, housing or staff services. Directors of organizations that provide services to educational institutions are also welcome to participate.
This program is not suitable for people who aspire to become administrators or directors but still lack managerial experience.
Administrator/director in primary, secondary and special education
Administrator/director of an ROC, AOC or a vocational school
Administrator/director of an institute for higher education or university
Director of Samenwerkingsverband Passend Onderwijs (partnership of schools that provide tailored education)
Director of a knowledge or expertise centre for education
Director of a private educational institution
Director of a care centre or youth care institution that also offer education

At TIAS School for Business and Society we maintain close contacts with nationally and internationally operating organizations. We develop tailor-made training courses for all subjects, disciplines and functions that are relevant to business transformation. This can be a 100% tailor-made program or a customized program, composed of existing program components from our open offering. All these programs are offered in both Dutch and English.
