Participants in the EMBA Module Optimizing Business Performance are senior and executive managers who want to take their business skills to the top level. This program is ideally suited for experienced managers in disciplines such as marketing, HR or IT, without a background in accounting, finance or operations. You'll gain the knowledge and skills to connect effortlessly with the C-suite and learn to see broader connections, making an immediate impact in your current role.
You have solid work experience and your current position is 1-2 levels below your organization's C-suite.
Participants hold positions such as:
Director/Owner
Senior executive in the 2nd or 3rd tier of a large organization
Managing director or MT member of a medium-sized organization
Regional director or country manager
Senior project manager
