Executive Master of Operations and Supply Chain Management (MOS)
In the Executive Master of Operations and Supply Chain Management (MOS), you will embark on a coherent learning journey focused on designing, planning, managing, and improving end-to-end supply chains.
Core modules
The content modules cover the entire field of operations and supply chain: from operations strategy and operations management to supply chain management, supply chain design & operations, data-driven decision-making, financial performance management, change management, and realism in AI. Together, they give you an integrated picture of how you can use your chain to create value for customers and your organization in a context of scarcity, digitization, and sustainability.
Electives
In addition to the core modules, you have 8 ECTS of free elective space, which you can fill with two electives from other TIAS master's programs. This allows you to deepen or broaden your perspective on topics that are relevant to your role and career ambitions.
Business Research Methods
In the Business Research Methods module, you will develop the research skills needed to approach strategic issues in an evidence-based manner.
Capstone
You will complete the master's program with a capstone project, in which you will develop a current operations or supply chain issue from your organization into a substantiated design or improvement plan, including an implementation and change strategy.
Result
Upon successful completion, you will earn 60 ECTS credits and can choose between the title Master in Operations and Supply Chain Management (MOS) or the internationally recognized academic title Master of Science (MSc).
