The Organizational Leadership module is designed for experienced leaders who wish to further develop themselves and others, and who want to deepen their understanding of the dynamics, culture, and change initiatives at play within organizations. The module is intended for professionals who want to provide direction in a complex and changing environment, with an eye for both the human and organizational aspects of leadership.

At TIAS School for Business and Society we maintain close contacts with nationally and internationally operating organizations. We develop tailor-made training courses for all subjects, disciplines and functions that are relevant to business transformation. This can be a 100% tailor-made program or a customized program, composed of existing program components from our open offering. All these programs are offered in both Dutch and English.
