Adanced Leadership & Management Program
The Adanced Leadership & Management Program comprises three four-day modules. Combining academic and personal perspectives enables us to create considerable depth and challenges. Each module is split into 2 x 2 days, giving participants sufficient processing time and the space to apply academic knowledge straight away. Numerous real-life case studies, professional ethical dilemmas and simulations will help with this.
The modules cover all facets of leadership: personal and interpersonal leadership, organizational leadership and strategic leadership. Together, the modules offer an all-round perspective on leadership, enabling you to enhance your leadership and management skills and create value for both the organization and society as a whole. This will prepare you for the next step in your career.

Modular and flexible This program is modular and flexible, so that you can take parts separately and follow them in any order you want. You can start each module at a time that suits you. Time investment and result
The Advanced Leadership & Management Program comprises three modules each split into 2 x 2 days. The program is designed to limit the amount of preparation time for the course days. The program can therefore easily be combined with your work and personal life.
On successful completion of the program, you will receive an Advanced Leadership & Management Program certificate from TIAS.
PE-points
Several parts of the program can be used to register for PE points. The PE point system is currently undergoing some changes. Feel free to contact our Program Adviser for further information.
