Participants in the Leadership for Public and Non-Profit Sector Master Class are experienced and ambitious managers or professionals from the public and non-profit sectors. They have ample experience with leadership, but are looking for tools to resolve strategic dilemmas. Participants are looking for scientific insights and practical added value. They have at least 5 years of work experience and a higher professional or university degree.
