Participants in the Advanced Program Sustainable Real Estate Development hold various roles in the real estate sector. From entrepreneurs in real estate development, investors or consultants to senior government officials, employees in banks and housing corporations, and professionals in the construction sector. Participants have at least completed higher professional education and at least three years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry.
