Non-executive Directors and Supervisors Program

The Non-executive Directors and Supervisors Program provides both academic frameworks and a peer learning environment that will enable you to expand your vision through discussions and assignments. Reflection on your organization’s practices as well as your behavior is a common theme throughout the program.

The master classes are structured around four themes, with an overall focus on boardroom dynamics. The effectiveness of boards depends to a large extent on boardroom dynamics, which is why this specific topic is covered in every module. You will learn to understand, recognize and improve boardroom dynamics. Key basic knowledge is provided in advance through e-learnings and articles, so that there is enough time in the master classes for interaction and in-depth analysis and discussions.

The CSP consists of four modules and three peer learning sessions. The program is structured as follows:

Three peer learning sessions

In between the modules of the CTP program, peer learning sessions take place in small groups (maximum seven participants). In each session, one participant brings in a case: an urgent dilemma that he or she is currently dealing with in the supervisory role. As a group, we delve into this issue, sharing reflections, associations and ideas, and together formulate advice on the first step to take. This offers valuable insights not only for the person who brought up the case, but also for the other participants, who experience how theory is applied in practice and how each case is layered within the dynamics of the boardroom.

You will follow the three peer learning sessions with the same group. This offers the opportunity to draw on insights from previous case studies and at the same time build a strong network within the group.

Costs
