Participants in the Collaboration in Organizational Networks Master Class are managers, professionals and experienced directors from the for-profit, non-profit and public sectors. They’ve been asked to join an organizational network, but lack a clear idea of what exactly that means. Or they have come to the conclusion that they need other organizations to achieve their organizational goals, and want to learn how to organize that. Participants are looking for scientific insights and practical added value. They have at least 5 years of work experience and a higher professional or university degree.
