This program offers you the latest theory, techniques and skills to successfully define and implement a marketing policy for your organization. Corporate social responsibility and your company’s social impact are addressed as well. Because leadership skills are essential in order to achieve change within a organization, our program offers plenty of opportunities for intervision and reflection.

The five themes are spread out over a ten-month period. Every theme is made up of two modules that take one month each. Each module requires four weeks of preparatory work using the online campus, which is followed by three consecutive days of interactive meetings and lectures. Once you have completed all the themes, a six-month graduation program commences, culminating in your Master’s thesis.

If you wish to obtain the title of Master of Marketing & Customer Management (MMCM), you must write a Master’s thesis at the end of the program. Duration: 6 months
Each module includes three full days of interactive meetings and lectures. The study load for the part-time MMCM Master’s program is 12 to 15 hours per week, excluding lectures. Instead of the full Master’s program, you can also opt to study individual themes.
Result: Master’s degree in Marketing & Customer Management
Upon successful completion of the program, you may use the title of Master of Marketing & Customer Management (MMCM). As this program is accredited by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO), you will also be awarded the internationally recognized MSc title.
