Program design
This hands-on hybrid program consists of two onsite and one online module. It provides ample opportunity to practice, reflect, and receive and incorporate suggestions and feedback on audience specific presentation styles, course development, structure and content, and your overall performance.
With its focus on interaction, coaching, peer-to-peer and experiential learning, even the program itself is a great example of good executive education.
What we heard from previous participants:
- “It exceeded my expectations; personal development during this program was huge; more on a meta level, though; not easy to really grasp or put in words.”
- “I would highly recommend this program to anyone who currently teaches in a regular university setting and has the ambition to teach in adult/executive education. It is a great program, that teaches you in a hands-on and fun way how you can transfer your teaching skills from one environment to the other”
- “All of the facilitators were valuable in their own way; the lessons/presentations with each their own style helped me to find my own way.”
- “Teaching of tacit knowledge of ex ed. Very valuable”
- “A lot of good and helpful tools, tips and things to think about”
- “The feedback I got from my mentor was extremely valuable. I also received a lot of very helpful feedback outside of the classroom from other faculty involved in the program. I am very thankful to all the faculty and also the other program participants who took the time to support me”
