This masterclass is designed for professionals who already have experience leading or designing change initiatives and are ready to take the next step. You’re familiar with the models and methodologies, yet you find that real-world practice remains challenging. Processes move more slowly than planned, resistance is difficult to interpret, or you notice that you don’t always respond the way you would like. You’re not looking for more theory, but for deeper insight: practical understanding of your own role as a change leader and tools to become more effective in practice. You want to better understand what’s happening—both with others and within yourself—and learn how to respond with greater awareness and intention. This masterclass builds on the TIAS Change Management Master class, but is also open to professionals with comparable experience in leading change.
