Real Estate Data Analytics
This Advanced Program takes the rise of data science in the real estate sector as its starting point. How do you use new data sources to gain new insights? You’ll get to know some vital data science technologies, such as machine learning, AI, data visualization, dashboarding and the cloud. We’ll take a critical look at the use of data in the real estate sector, without full-on training as a data scientist.
The Advanced Program in Real Estate Data Analytics consists of 2 specialized blocks:
Using data to manage real estate: the use of data and business intelligence in real estate organizations
Data-driven market research: data analytics for a better market strategy for real estate

Time investment and result
After an online kickoff over Zoom, you’ll prepare for each block online. After this, participants will meet for 2 days onsite. Both online and in person, the program offers ample space to interact with lecturers and other participants. The time investment for the Advanced Program comes to 12 to 15 hours a week, not counting lectures.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a Certificate of Participation.
