Strategy Implementation

During this 3-day master class, you receive the latest scientific findings and practical tools in the area of strategy implementation. The Strategy Implementation Master Class helps participants get more out of their strategies. Together, we roll up our sleeves and work on your organization’s strategy: where are the implementation pitfalls, and what are the challenges? You work with other participants to find answers to your questions. So you can get the most out of your organization.

Day 1

On day 1, you learn the basics of strategy implementation. You immerse yourself in a practical implementation framework, learn what trips up other people and discover how you can avoid these pitfalls yourself.

Day 2

Strategy communication is an integral part of strategy implementation. How do you ensure that your strategy story hits home with your employees? During day 2, you discover how strategy communication helps you achieve your strategic goals.

Day 3

Strategy implementation is a marathon, not a sprint. You want to be able to measure your results, while also keeping everyone on board. On day 3, you learn how to ensure optimal operationalization and commitment.

Time investment and result

The Strategy Implementation Master Class takes place over 3 consecutive days. The program is designed to limit the amount of preparation time. Participants should plan for a total of 5 hours of preparation time.

Upon completion of this master class, you will receive a Strategy Implementation certificate from TIAS.

PE-points

Several parts of the program can be used to register for PE points. The PE point system is currently undergoing some changes. Feel free to contact the Program Adviser for further information.
