Strategic Management for Public and Non-Profit Sector
This master class starts with an online kickoff, 3 weeks before you arrive on campus. This 2-hour session lets you break free from any traditional notions you may have around creating strategies. After this, you prepare a specific problem from you own organization, to bring to the master class. The program comprises four modules: strategic process design, institutional embedding, thinking and working in future scenarios, and strategic HRM. Your individual problem is the common thread running through these 3 days.

A Word from our Academic Director
“Why do you exist as a non-profit organization? What value do you add for society? I notice that before the master class, many participants have difficulty answering these questions. During the kickoff, I try to show them that you must distinguish yourself. The objective of a school, for instance, must go beyond just having their students leave with a diploma. The school needs to look at what it wants to achieve for students. It’s great to see participants on an all-new strategic footing after the kickoff, so they start the master class off at a higher level and get right to work on their own strategic problem.”
