Time investment and result
The Strategic HRM Master Class takes place over 3 consecutive days.
The program is designed to limit the amount of preparation time. Participants should plan for a total of 5 hours of preparation time.
Upon completion of this master class, you will receive a Strategic HRM certificate from TIAS.
PE-points
Several parts of the program can be used to register for PE points. The PE point system is currently undergoing some changes. Feel free to contact our Program Adviser for further information.

"Participants in the master class are eager to learn how to attract and motivate their employees in a tight labor market. Equally important, they want to prevent them from falling ill. These issues often mark managers' initial steps into the domain of (strategic) HRM. Our master classes also let you design your own track and earn your TIAS Diploma of Excellence. You take five master classes, choose a concentration in personal leadership and write a final paper applying your new knowledge.
