PROGRAM DESIGN AND CONTENTS
The three-day Strategic HRM for Managers Master Class will help you manage your employees’ work activities and development more effectively. You will develop a strategic perspective of HRM and learn about your role as a manager in relation to the HR department. You will learn how sustainable employability, performance management and talent management can positively affect organizational income, employee well-being and society. We will also discuss the future of work, diversity and inclusion and the psychological contract between the organization and the employees so that you can achieve your desired results both now and in the future.
The Strategic HRM for Managers Master Class takes place over 3 consecutive days.
The program is designed to limit the amount of preparation time. Participants should plan for a total of 5 hours of preparation time.
Upon completion of this master class, you will receive a Strategic HRM for Managers certificate from TIAS.
