Public Value Creation

In this three-day masterclass, you will significantly develop your understanding of Social Profit thinking. You will develop a strong theoretical and scientific foundation in this area and become familiar with the Social Profit Canvas. You will learn to apply this model to your own case and gain new insights by engaging in discussions and brainstorming about the cases of other participants from various sectors of the public domain. Additionally, guest speakers will share their best practices of using this model, allowing you to work effectively with the Social Profit Canvas. This combination of theory and practice, viewed from different perspectives, ensures that you will significantly develop your skills in Social Profit thinking.

Day 1

How can actors in the non-profit domain demonstrate the social value they add? This question is the focus of our first day. Learn which processes can influence social value and the methods and reasoning behind the Social Profit Canvas.

Day 2

Accurately defining your organization’s objectives is just the beginning. On the second day, you learn how to implement the necessary changes within your organization.

Day 3

A model is only as good as your data. On the third day, you learn what data you will need to determine your value. And how can you translate that data into policies? Finally, you attempt to apply the Social Profit Canvas to your own organization.

Time investment and result

The Public Value Creation Master Class consists of three consecutive days of lessons. The program is designed to minimize the time required to prepare for the master class. Allow five hours altogether for preparation.

Upon completion of this master class, you will receive a Public Value Creation certificate from TIAS.
