Higher learning efficiency

The Part-Time Master in Business Administration is a 23-month program specifically designed for professionals who want to deepen and broaden their business knowledge, with direct applicability in their own work environment. The program combines academic rigor with practical relevance and is structured into four consecutive phases that together form a logical and goal-oriented learning path:

Phase 1 - Foundation Modules – broadening your knowledge of essential management topics
Phase 2 - Electives – deepening your expertise through two specialization tracks
Phase 3 - Integration Modules – connecting theory with real-world practice
Phase 4- Master’s Thesis – applying your learning to a strategic challenge within your organization

"The part-time Master of Business Administration (MSc) is a broad course that covers various disciplines, including organizational behavior and leadership, (socially responsible) entrepreneurship, change management, finance/business economics, marketing, strategic implementation, information management, innovation, collaboration and business research skills. This wide range of subjects makes it possible to work together with these different disciplines (both within and outside the organization). In addition to the focus on a general business environment, the connection is actively made with the international playing field. This means that at the end of the training you will be able to tackle issues/challenges from different perspectives. Thanks to the accompanying Personal Leadership Program (PLP), you also develop the interpersonal skills and competencies to grow into an effective, responsible and future leader. Online and on-site. The program is designed in such a way that it is possible to optimally combine your studies with your job. You attend lectures in Utrecht for 2 days per month on Friday and Saturday. In the interim period you use the online campus for self-study. Because we attach great importance to personal guidance, you can always contact us with all your questions about your studies.

If you successfully complete the program, you can use the master title Master of Science in Business Administration (MSc). This master has academic accreditations from both the international AACSB and the Dutch-Flemish NVAO.
