Operational Excellence Master Class

This master class provides scientific knowledge and methods from a management perspective, so you can optimize your business processes. Thanks to this broad theoretical basis and these practical tools, you know what operational excellence entails, how to approach it and when to deploy which techniques. Together, participants learn how to apply effective leadership and change management to get the organization on board for the successful implementation of excellent processes. So you can achieve long-term cost savings and create value for both customers and employees.

Day 1

We start with the basics: what exactly does operational excellence entail? Learn how to set up operational systems and processes to create the right customer value at minimal cost.

Day 2

Put your new knowledge into practice in the Lira management game, where you improve an operational organization that is performing poorly.

Day 3

On day 3, we zoom in on the service organization. How does operational excellence help create loyal customers? You get to know common management techniques and their associated leadership styles. And learn the environments to deploy them in.

Time investment and result

The Operational Excellence Master Class takes place over 3 consecutive days.

The program is designed to limit the amount of preparation time. Participants should plan for a total of 5 hours of preparation time.

Upon completion of this master class, you will receive an Operational Excellence certificate from TIAS.

Our master classes also let you design your own track and earn your TIAS Diploma of Excellence. You take five master classes, choose a concentration in personal leadership and write a final paper applying your new knowledge.
