Building a Strong Foundation in Operations and Supply Chain Excellence
Our program comprises three comprehensive modules designed to equip professionals with the strategic insights, practical tools, and leadership capabilities needed to excel in today’s competitive environment. Each module begins with four weeks of online learning to build foundational knowledge. This is followed by three days of intensive, interactive sessions. The program includes a mix of lectures, simulations, debates, peer learning, and hands-on exercises, ensuring a strong connection between theory and practice

The Advanced Program Essentials of Supply Chain Management is part of our Executive Master of Operations and Supply Chain Management (MOS)
In addition to the Advanced Program Essentials of Supply Chain Management, TIAS also offers the opportunity to follow an Executive Master of Operations and Supply Chain Management (MOS).
The full Executive Master program (MOS) consists of the following modules:

- Module 2 - Operations Management - part of Essentials of Supply Chain Management program
- Module 3 - Supply Chain Management - part of Essentials of Supply Chain Management program

- Module 5 - Purchasing
- Module 6 - Financial and Managerial Control
- Module 7 - Sustainable Supply Chains
- Module 8 - Digital Transformation
- Module 9 - Service Network Design
- Module 10 - Elective
- Module 11 - International Study Trip
For all participants of the Essentials of Chain Management program, if you later decide to pursue the full Executive Master of Operations and Supply Chain Management, you are not required to retake or repurchase the modules you have already completed. This condition applies if you complete the entire Master's program within six years.
Our Executive Master of Operations and Supply Chain Management (MOS) is accredited by the NVAO (Accreditation Organization of the Netherlands and Flanders), allowing you to use the internationally recognized MSc title.
Time investment and result
The study load of advanced program is 12-15 hours a week, with 3x3 days of interactive sessions.
Through case studies, practical exercises, and strategic insights, participants will develop the expertise to lead transformative initiatives in their organizations.
