Executive Master of Management and Organization
The Executive Master of Management and Organization consists of ten modules spread over a period of twenty months. The program concludes with a master's thesis, in which you can address a current issue from your own organization. Theory and practice are closely intertwined in this master's program. As part of the MMO program, you will engage in interactive lectures, simulations, debates, peer review sessions, and experiential learning.
A transformative learning environment
You work with your own organisation as a live case, applying your learning through practice labs, intervention assignments, and a master’s thesis on a strategically relevant challenge. The theory is current. The impact is immediate.
Each module follows a clear and recognisable structure — moving from exploration to deepening, and from theory to application.
Preparation: Each module begins with an online kick-off and guided self-study. You explore the theme in advance, so you enter the in-class sessions with sharp focus and relevant context.
In-class sessions: Each module includes three intensive classroom days, designed in a rhythm of insight, application, and integration:
- Day 1 – State-of-the-art theory Lectures, presentations, and dialogue on key theories, models, and current developments.
- Day 2 – Tools and translation You bring the concepts into your own context. Through cases, simulations, and reflection, you explore how they impact your leadership.
- Day 3 – Integration You consolidate your learning, connect theory and practice, and map out how to apply your insights beyond the classroom.
Module conclusion: In the four weeks after the in-class sessions, you write a paper addressing a pressing challenge from your own organisation. This is where learning translates into real-world impact — both in yourself and in your organisation.

- Take more time if needed — the timeline is adjustable to fit your professional and personal life
This flexibility allows you to design a learning path that matches your ambitions and supports your development with focus.
Time investment and result
Before each module, you use the online campus to prepare for 2-6 weeks. This is followed by 3 consecutive days (Wed-Thru-Fri) of interactive meetings and lectures. The study load of this part-time MMO Master’s program is 12-15 hours a week, excluding lectures.
If you successfully complete the program, you will be awarded the title of Master of Management and Organization (MMO). As this program is accredited by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO), you may also choose to be awarded the internationally recognized MSc title.
A word from our Academic Director
Reinvent yourself
“This Master’s program will help you develop a helicopter view, as well as a different attitude. This change will start to become visible in your organization, even during your program. You will learn to ask for clarification, research matters, be critical, and question things. There is no future for organizations that lack social relevance. That is why business and society play a key role in the Master of Management and Organization. This program will show you how business, society, and government can create value together. You will learn how to motivate employees to look beyond a short-term focus on finance and help your organization achieve actual social impact.”
