Why choose this program?
Effective and people-oriented change in a rapidly changing and uncertain environment
This module is designed to increase your insight and ability to analyze, structure, and improve decision-making with data and AI. You will work on the following learning objectives:
Context-aware change: you will develop a keen insight into how strategy, structure, processes, culture, and external uncertainty together determine the change task.
Connecting the surface and the undercurrent: you will learn to link the formal side of organizations (structure, processes, systems, data, and AI) to behavior, emotions, informal relationships, and power dynamics.
People-oriented interventions and dealing with resistance: you will be given concrete tools to recognize and constructively deal with motivation, resistance, and tensions surrounding work pressure, autonomy, and craftsmanship.
Change in a digital and AI-rich context: you understand how digitization and AI are changing work and decision-making, and what this requires in terms of change strategy, communication, and the design of processes and roles.
Leadership in change: you strengthen your role as a leader or change agent by providing direction, creating space for dialogue and learning, while making clear choices and persevering.
What will the program bring you?

Current framework for change: you will gain a clear understanding of what effective, people-centered change requires in a complex, digital, and rapidly changing environment.

Integrated change diagnosis: you learn to look at the upper stream (strategy, structure, processes, digital capabilities) and the undercurrent (behavior, culture, emotions, power) for better-informed choices.

Human-centered interventions in digitization and AI: you will receive concrete tools to recognize and work with resistance, uncertainty, and tensions surrounding technology, autonomy, and craftsmanship.

AI-enabled leadership and personal change plan: you strengthen your leadership and develop a realistic, context-aware change plan around your change assignment.
