This master class is intended for driven and experienced managers and professionals from the private and public sectors. Most participants are not currently in a supervisory role, but want to gain a detailed understanding of the process in the triangle of directors, Supervisory Board members and stakeholders. They have at least 5 years of work experience and a higher professional or university degree.
