Program structure and content
EMBA Module – Leading Transformation
The content of Leading Transformation is structured as a single learning journey: from understanding where change gets stuck, to steering the behavior that actually follows through. Step by step, you build a coherent perspective on change through five courses that reinforce each other, with your own practice as the common thread. The Transformational Leadership Trail in Austria and the Live Performance Challenge provide the reality check: what you learn must hold up when things get real.

Academic Director speaking
Many change initiatives don’t fail because of the strategy, but because of the execution. The plan is sound, the ambition is there, and yet results remain elusive. In Leading Transformation, we explore why that happens and what leaders can concretely do differently. The power of the program lies in the interplay: you work with theory, receive personal feedback in Austria, and apply everything to a real case. That’s what makes the difference between insight and impact.

Time investment and certificate
The program spans 5 months, during which you attend 5 residential weekends of 3 days each. During the first three weekends, the study load is approximately 16–18 hours per week. After that, the study load decreases significantly due to the experiential nature of the final two weekends (approximately 2–5 hours per week).
Certificate
Upon successful completion, you receive a certificate of participation that can ultimately count toward an Executive MBA degree, provided you complete all 4 EMBA tracks and your capstone project.
