Leadership for Public and Non-Profit Sector Master Class

This master class starts from the basic idea that the world in which leaders at public and non-profit organizations work is – by definition – extremely complex. We show you exactly what makes this world so complex, so you gain an understanding of the complexity. Using a variety of leadership strategies, you learn how to deal with this complexity. Next, we look at how complexity is expressed in individual managers. And we examine leadership with respect to others. The program is highly practical and active. You dive right into academic exercises where you share your experiences with others.
