Innovation Management

Before you get started innovating in your organization, it is vital to decide the direction for your innovation. And that’s what the master class tackles first. Next, we delve into innovation strategy, or in other words: how do you want to innovate? Finally, we look at practical application: how will you organize innovation? We give ample attention to getting the rest of the organization on board. The 3 days include plenty of interaction. You are encouraged to bring your own innovation challenge to the table, and discuss it with fellow participants.

Day 1

We start with the basics: what innovation is, and also what it is not. This knowledge lets you work towards your own innovation strategy.

Day 2

On day 2, you learn how to develop an innovation strategy, and how to set up innovation in your organization. Five fundamental questions guide you through this process.

Day 3

On day 3, you learn how to tweak your organization to get all employees on board with innovation, to ensure success.

Time investment and result

The Innovation Management Master Class takes place over 3 consecutive days. The program is designed to limit the amount of preparation time. Participants should plan for a total of 6 hours of preparation time.

Upon completion of this master class, you will receive a certificate from TIAS.
