Inclusive Leadership Master Class
Inclusive leadership starts with understanding. Why do organizations tend to be exclusive by nature? And what dedicated efforts are required to build an inclusive and equitable culture? Through practical insights and an interactive inclusion simulation, you will experience firsthand what it means to be included or excluded. This not only deepens your understanding of inclusion and exclusion but also highlights the role of equity in creating fair and supportive environments.
Next, you will explore how to create an inclusive and equitable culture and organization. Using six diversity capabilities and five levels of maturity—providing insight into where an organization stands in its DEI journey—you will discover how to drive meaningful change. You will learn how to foster a workplace where employees from diverse backgrounds feel valued, treated equitably, and included, unlocking the full potential of diversity.

A Word from our Academic Director
“When a leader develops, everyone reaps the benefits. Employees are treated and managed better. Teams start working better together. Departmental activities are better aligned with the organization’s goals. The organization gains a clearer mission and focus, which also benefits society as a whole. We have carefully crafted this program with these beliefs in mind. First, we focus on your unique background, strengths and challenges as a leader. From there, we look at how you express your leadership to other employees, the team, the organization, and societal developments. The combination of academic content and skills training will challenge you from both a theoretical and practical perspective and boost your leadership. I invite you to participate in this journey of development with guidance from our world-class teachers alongside other talented leaders.”
