Executive Leadership & Management
A Flexible Program Structure to Match Your Leadership Journey
The Executive Leadership & Management Program is built around three core modules.
Together, these modules form a solid foundation for your development across the key roles you hold as a senior leader. Each module spans six days, delivered in two or three intensive blocks.
In every module, you work from your own leadership challenges and a live case from your organization. You learn to look more sharply at your context, make more deliberate choices and translate new insights directly into your daily practice. Step by step, you develop the kind of leadership that matches the complexity and dynamics of your organization.

Time investment and result
The core program (consisting of the three core modules) takes a total of eighteen days to complete. Each core module includes six teaching days, delivered in two or three blocks.
The program is designed to require only limited preparation time for both the core modules.
It is possible to complete the full program (three core modules) within six months. However, you are free to complete the journey over a period of up to two years. This allows you to shape the program in a way that aligns with your personal schedule, desired intensity, and professional context.
Upon completion of the full program, you will receive the TIAS Executive Leadership & Management diploma. Please note that this is not an officially accredited diploma.
If you are looking to earn a formally recognized diploma, we invite you to explore our portfolio of Executive Master programs.
Upon successful completion of the entire pathway, you will receive a TIAS Executive Leadership & Management diploma. Additionally, you will receive a certificate for every component part. This is not an officially recognized diploma. For those who wish to obtain an officially recognized diploma, we offer a selection of Executive Masters.
PE-points
Several parts of the program can be used to register for PE points. The process to award PE points is currently in transition. Feel free to contact our Program Adviser for further information.
