Program Design and contents
You design your own learning path, tailored to your ambitions and learning goals. By choosing from a variety of masterclasses, the program seamlessly aligns with your professional development. You can complete the program within one year or spread it flexibly over two years – whatever best fits your work-life balance.
Five Masterclasses (3 days each)
- The Leadership (profit or non-profit) and Strategic Management (profit or non-profit) masterclasses form the compulsory foundation of the diploma programme, because they provide the essential frameworks to develop yourself as a leader and to give direction to your organisation. You will also need the insights from these modules to successfully complete your final assignment.
- You then select three electives from over 20 highly rated masterclasses, including profit/non-profit variants where relevant.
- If your learning goals change during the diploma program, you can easily switch to another masterclass.

Develop your personal Leadership
Choose between one-on-one coaching (3 sessions) or the Masterclass Personal Leadership (group, 2 days). You work purposefully on self-awareness, behavior, and influence, enabling you to make decisions that are both better informed and more widely supported.

Time investment and result
The time investment for each masterclass is 3 days. For all masterclasses together, the total is 15 days. The time investment for personal leadership development depends on the option chosen: 2 days for the masterclass or an average of 12 hours for the coaching sessions (3 sessions, including personal preparation and reflection). Most participants complete their final paper within a time frame of 3 to 6 months. The entire program can be completed within 1 to 2 years.
Upon successful completion of the entire pathway, you will receive the TIAS Diploma of Excellence. You will also receive a certificate for each masterclass you have taken.
The Diploma of Excellence is not an officially recognized diploma. For those who wish to obtain an officially recognized diploma, we offer Executive Masters.
PE-points
PE points registration may be requested for a number of masterclasses. Participants should bear in mind, however, that the current changes in this area may affect the awarding of PE points. Feel free to contact the Program Adviser for any further questions.
