Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation

The 3-day Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation master class starts with a general overview of digital transformations and what drives them. How is the world changing, and why is it so hard to get your bearings in the new technology landscape? We delve into the impact of digital transformations on organizations, and how to get more value from the data at your disposal. In addition, you gain the organizational tools to apply your new knowledge in your own organization. We blend scientific insights with case studies and best practices from prominent organizations, assignments and the day-to-day work of participants.

Day 1

Everything starts with a basic understanding of the technology; what can you do with it and what does it mean for your business. On Day 1, you discover what AI and Generative AI entails

Day 2

A digital transformation is not over once something is “digital”: that’s only the beginning. On Day 2, you discover what AI implies for business, what are opportunities it brings and how to organize for that.

Day 3

The third day covers the setup of your digital strategy. You learn the tools to get started with digital transformations in your own organization

Time investment and result

The Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation Master class takes place over 3 consecutive days. The program is designed to limit the amount of preparation time. Participants should plan for a total of 5 hours of preparation time.

Upon completion of this master class, you will receive an Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation certificate from TIAS.

PE-points

Several parts of the program can be used to register for PE points. The PE point system is currently undergoing some changes. Feel free to contact our Program Adviser for further information.
