Collaboration in Organizational Networks
This master class gives you the latest scientific knowledge and practical tools for organizational networks. We examine this relatively new organizational form in which organizations create value together. As an organization, when should you join this kind of partnership, and when should you hold off? How do you ensure effectiveness in a network? In the Collaboration in Organizational Networks Master Class, we delve into all facets of collaborative organizations. So your organizational network and your organization can achieve their objectives.

A Word from our Academic Director
“Organizations are increasingly interested in or required to work together in groups. In addition to traditional bilateral partnerships, we also see more and more multilateral networks. This form of organization is actually contrary to the design of normal organizations, which do as much as possible on their own. We are increasingly finding that we cannot achieve our goals by ourselves. Organizations need each other. An organizational network is about creating value together. This master class teaches you how to achieve that.”
