The Change Management Master Class is specially designed for change managers, professionals and business owners who want to implement changes effectively in their organizations. Participants are currently directly involved in organizational changes, or will be in the future. They often work at large or medium-sized organizations, and mainly want to learn how to get their employees on board. They have at least 5 years of work experience and a higher professional or university degree.
