Time investment and result
The Change Management Master Class takes place over 3 days. Days 1 and 2 are consecutive. Days 2 and 3 takes place 2 weeks apart. This gives you time to apply what you’ve learned to your own case and organization.
The program is designed to limit the amount of preparation time. Participants should plan for a total of 5 hours of preparation time.
Upon completion of this master class, you will receive a certificate from TIAS.
PE-points
Several parts of the program can be used to register for PE points. The PE point system is currently undergoing some changes. Feel free to contact the Program Adviser for further information.

A Word from our Academic Director
“There is no one single approach to change projects. For each one, you need to start afresh and consider what is needed and which technique or method will work the best. After all, every problem is different, and organizations are in constant flux. This doesn’t mean you have to reinvent the wheel, but you do have to make the change you want to see, each and every time. Human behavior and employee resistance pose obstacles to many change projects. That’s why this master class gives ample attention to getting your colleagues on board. My goal is to provide participants with methods they can use to manage change.” Prof. Dr. Geert Heling
