Clinical Business Administration
The compact Clinical Business Administration program presents the latest scientific knowledge and insights relating to clinical leadership, funding, governance, quality, safety, and innovation in healthcare. Within the program, attention is also paid to your personal development and management ambitions. This inspiring and intensive program consists of seven modules and is based on classic MBA subjects. Fully tailored to the healthcare sector and the role of healthcare professionals in the broadest sense of the word, the Clinical Business Administration program offers an ideal opportunity to follow a compact and intensive MBA-based training course.
Company visit A company visit to ASML is an important part of the Operations module as it allows participants to see how theoretical concepts are implemented on the work floor. It offers an opportunity to learn from experts and see process optimization in practice.
Contents
Whitepaper presentation
You conclude the program by writing a white paper based on a relevant, real-life case and the knowledge and insights you have gained. This final paper is a group assignment.
Time investment and result
The Clinical Business Administration program consists of seven modules of two days. The total duration of the program is approximately 10 months. The lecture times are the same for each module: day 1 from 9 am to 8.30 pm, day 2 from 9 am to 5.30 pm. The lecture days will be announced before the start of the program. Participants can still register for the program if they are unable to attend one module, and are allowed to retake this module in the following year. The program is set up in such a way that the preparation time is short. Participants should plan for a total of around two to four hours of preparation time.
On successful completion of the program, you will receive a TIAS participation certificate.
PE-points
Upon completion of the Advanced Program Clinical Business Administration you will be awarded 40 ABAN points.
