Why choose this program?
Brand management as a strategic capability
This module is designed to strengthen your understanding and skills in building and managing brands as a strategic driver of customer experience, reputation, and growth. You will work on the following learning objectives:
Understanding brands as ecosystems: you learn to see brands not just as positioning or campaigns, but as dynamic ecosystems in which meaning emerges through interactions with customers, communities, employees, and society.
From brand promise to brand experience: you explore how to translate your brand promise into consistent experiences across journeys, touchpoints, and services—online and offline—and how to make the tension between desired and actual brand experience visible and discussable.
Connecting brand, culture, and employee experience: you investigate how brand values and storytelling relate to leadership, behavior, and employee experience, and how the brand can serve as a compass for internal development and collaboration.
Brand governance within the organization: you examine roles, processes, and rules to embed brand management across marketing, CX, HR, leadership, and external agencies, ensuring the brand is not a “standalone project” but a shared responsibility.
Frameworks for brand KPIs and monitoring: you refine brand objectives and KPIs, explore which metrics matter (from awareness to experience and loyalty), and learn how to use tracking and research to learn and adjust.
Translation to your brand practice: you apply concepts and frameworks to your own brand or organizational case and define concrete steps to further develop brand management as a strategic capability in your context.
